- Parts and accessories are shipped using Fed-Ex ground service, if you require quicker shipping please contact us prior to making your order so we can arrange it.
- Assembled/Unassembled machines are shipped on a pallet using a variety of shipping companies. If you work with a specific
company and would like to schedule your own shipping contact us for shipping dimensions. - All in stock items will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order, if the product you have selected is out of stock our team
will follow up with the appropriate lead time.

within fifteen (15) days of delivery (minus shipping /handling fees). Please review our terms and conditions below.
Terms and conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of product delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including the original box and/or packaging, as well as any applicable tags, manuals, warranty documents, and accessories.
- Large freight items can be returned within 15 days of receipt in unused condition. Please note, that you are responsible for arranging and funding the return of large freight items.
- All returns must be shipped back with an authorization number. The return authorization can be obtained by speaking to one of our team members.
- When you purchase an item that is considered a "special order," which is typically custom-made or ordered specifically for you, you
can not return unless there is a manufacturer defect; essentially, all sales are final on special order items.
