Terms and conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of product delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including the original box and/or packaging, as well as any applicable tags, manuals, warranty documents, and accessories.
- Large freight items can be returned within 15 days of receipt in unused condition. Please note, that you are responsible for arranging and funding the return of large freight items.
- All returns must be shipped back with an authorization number. The return authorization can be obtained by speaking to one of our team members.
- When you purchase an item that is considered a "special order," which is typically custom-made or ordered specifically for you, you
can not return unless there is a manufacturer defect; essentially, all sales are final on special order items.
